Sound wave therapies, also known as sound healing or sound therapy, involve the therapeutic use of sound waves to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. These age-old therapies transcend many cultures and religions, and are based on the belief that sound vibrations can positively impact the body, mind, and spirit.
